Weekly Check-Ins and Adaptive Projections
Weekly check-ins compare actual bodyweight and adherence signals against the projection. When a check-in differs from the projected trend, future weeks are adjusted conservatively.
The adjustment is intentionally small. Scale weight can swing from water, sodium, glycogen, soreness, and digestion, so BodEvo does not make extreme automatic changes from one check-in. Use repeated weekly data before making large calorie changes.
