About BodEvo
BodEvo is an evidence-based body-composition planner. Its purpose is to help lifters and everyday athletes plan calories, macros, meals, and training progress with real numbers and honest math — not hype, not a social feed, and not a thin wrapper around ads.

Principles
- Local-first privacy. The planning tools run entirely in your browser. Your inputs — weight, goals, plans — stay on your device unless you explicitly sign in and use a synced feature. Details in the Privacy Policy.
- Honest data provenance. Every nutrition value is labeled with where it came from (USDA-verified, product label, official restaurant data, or a clearly-marked estimate). If something is not verified, BodEvo says “estimate” instead of pretending.
- Education over hype. Supplement pages describe evidence cautiously. Projections are labeled as estimates. There are no “lose 10 lbs in 10 days” promises here — and none of it is medical advice (why that matters).
- No ads, no data sales. BodEvo is funded by clearly-labeled affiliate links (like “Search on Amazon”), which never influence rankings. That's the entire business model.
The app
BodEvo is an installable web app (PWA): it works in any modern browser, installs to your home screen or desktop, and keeps working offline because your data lives with you. There is no required account and no paywall.
Who runs BodEvo
BodEvo is built and operated by Carter Hubble, an independent developer in the United States. Questions, corrections, and accuracy reports are genuinely welcome — wrong nutrition data gets fixed with priority. Reach us via the Contact page or support@bodevo.app.
