Unique Lift Formulas
Major lifts do not use one shared line. Deadlift, squat, bench press, shoulder press, weighted dips, pull-ups, and push-ups each use different modifiers for calorie surplus or deficit, protein, carbs and fats, sleep, bodyweight change, body fat, fatigue, and diminishing returns.
Custom lifts use category-based formulas. A lower hinge movement behaves differently than an upper pull, isolation lift, or bodyweight movement. These formulas are still estimates, but the goal is to make the curve directionally match how different lifts usually respond.
