Training Intelligence

Learn · How the tools & numbers work

The training intelligence system is a local rule-based planning layer for workout splits, exercise choices, weekly volume, and recovery balance.

It looks at training days, split type, recovery emphasis, available equipment, focus muscles, sleep, calories, macros, activity, and projected fatigue. From there it suggests a practical schedule, a conservative set range, lightweight exercise options, and concise volume/frequency notes.

This does not replace programming judgment. It is meant to flag obvious mismatches, such as high volume during a hard deficit, very frequent training with limited sleep, or exercise choices that may be harder to recover from than the plan supports.
