Projection Confidence and Recommendations
BodEvo uses local rule-based recommendations to explain what the plan means. It looks for patterns such as aggressive deficits, low protein, low carbs for lifting volume, very low fats, limited sleep, fast projected weight change, and body fat context.
Projection confidence is not a guarantee. It is a quick signal for how stable the assumptions look. A high-confidence plan still requires adherence and weekly feedback; a low-confidence plan is a prompt to review the biggest constraints before pushing harder.
