Phase Planning
Advanced phase planning lets you model a multi-phase plan such as a cut, maintenance break, and lean bulk. Each phase has its own calorie and macro targets, and each new phase starts from the prior phase's projected ending bodyweight.
Single-phase projection remains the default. Phase planning is best used when you already know the broad structure of a longer plan and want to see how the phases connect.
