Fiber and hunger
Fiber-rich foods (vegetables, fruit, legumes, whole grains) add volume and slow digestion, which helps control appetite on fewer calories. Aim for a high-volume, high-protein base. A psyllium or food-fiber boost can take the edge off hunger — water and protein help too.
