What actually affects your hormones
For most people, sleep, body fat in a healthy range, adequate calories/micronutrients, training, and stress management influence hormones far more than supplements. Correcting a genuine deficiency (e.g., vitamin D, zinc, magnesium) can help; "boosters" rarely move the needle in healthy people. Persistent symptoms warrant a clinician and bloodwork, not guesswork.
